Billing Terms

These Billing Terms explain fees charged through Taxi QR Code Pickup.
1. Platform access
Businesses may be charged monthly or annual access fees, separately from usage. Unless otherwise agreed, example defaults are $100 per month or $1,000 per year; both apply only where specifically configured.
2. Qualified QR scans
A qualified public scan of an active QR may be charged unless identified as duplicate, bot, staff/admin test, blocked, inactive, invalid or otherwise excluded. Rates may differ for fixed-location, customer card or fridge magnet, and vehicle loyalty QR codes.
3. Completed pickup requests
A completed-request fee is separate from scan fees and applies when the taxi business marks the request completed.
4. Excluded request statuses
Cancelled, no-show, duplicate, spam, new and acknowledged requests are not charged as completed requests. A qualified scan fee may still apply.
5. Vehicle loyalty scans
Vehicle scans may use a lower configured rate. Points, balances and redemptions are not usage charges unless separately agreed.
6. Territory fees
Exclusivity may include monthly fees, per-completed-request markups or other agreed charges.
7. Effective dates and changes
The scan rate effective on the scan date and completion rate effective on the completion date apply. At least 7 days written notice will be provided before an increase; decreases may apply sooner.
8. Invoices and payment
Invoices may separately list access fees, scan types, completed requests, exclusivity, markups, adjustments, credits and applicable tax. Payment terms and suspension rights appear on the invoice or separate agreement.
9. Disputes
Notify us promptly. We may review usage logs, audits, statuses, pricing rules and billing events.
