1. No taxi availability guarantee

The platform does not guarantee availability, acceptance, dispatch, arrival time, ride completion, passenger pricing, or vehicle or driver suitability.

2. Not a taxi operator or emergency service

Unless expressly stated, Taxi QR Code Pickup is software, not the taxi operator. In Australia call 000 in an emergency.

3. Location and QR accuracy

GPS, maps, geocoding and addresses may be inaccurate or unavailable. A QR scan or vehicle confirmation does not independently prove a completed, paid, lawful or dispute-free ride.

4. Billing

Invoices may include platform access, qualified scans, vehicle scans, completed requests, territory fees and agreed adjustments. Cancelled, no-show, duplicate and spam requests are not completed-request charges, although a qualified scan fee may still apply.

5. Business responsibility

Taxi businesses remain responsible for dispatch, drivers, vehicles, legal compliance, service quality, passenger communications, status accuracy, billing review and reward fulfilment.

6. Third parties and professional advice

We are not responsible for third-party outages. Website information is general only and is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, transport compliance or other professional advice.
