Loyalty Program Terms

These terms apply where a participating taxi business enables loyalty through Taxi QR Code Pickup.

1. Business-specific programs

Points, stamps and rewards belong to the relevant business program and generally do not transfer.

2. Earning and value

Eligible vehicle QR confirmations or other configured actions may earn rewards. Rules vary by business. Points and rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated.

3. Duplicates and abuse

Repeated, automated, staff, false or suspicious scans may be rejected, reversed, voided or suspended.

4. Rewards and corrections

Rewards are subject to availability, expiry, verification and business approval. Businesses or administrators may correct errors, duplicates or abuse.

5. Ride confirmation

Vehicle QR confirmation supports loyalty and reporting but does not replace business responsibility for request statuses.

6. Privacy and changes

Customer details, vehicle scans, confirmations, points and redemptions may be processed under the Privacy Policy. Programs may change, pause or end subject to law and written agreements.
